I thought I would write an email today to talk about my free Facebook group for Family Photo Keepers called Organize Your Photos & Memories - Finally! While there are over 3300 family photo keepers on this email list, there are only around 900 people in the group, some of whom are not even on this list. And while I love them both, email is a very one-to-one experience. I write it alone and send it to you. You read it alone, and maybe sometimes you reply. That makes my day😍, of course, but it’s still one-to-one.

The group feels a bit more like family, and this family means so much to me. Yes, I guess I get to be the expert in there, just because I’ve likely been doing this the longest, but really, it’s just as supportive to me in my own photo organizing goals, too.

We’re a tribe of people who love our family photos because they remind us of our families, whom we love even more.

In the Organize Your Photos group, we…

• Share our wins and our frustrations so we can get the help and support we crave
• Ask and answer questions for each other to help each other out with what we’ve already learned
• Bond over things we love - our pet photos, our grandchildren, our precious keepsakes and memories

We do NOT…

• Claim there is only one right way or one right product for photo organizing
• Criticize others’ choices of methods or products or anything else, for that matter
• Engage in hot topics or put anyone down for their values.

It is my hope that everyone who is a part of Organize Your Photos will be able to get support to manage their photo memory collection in the way that works best for them and their family.
